– £5.50 for tracked 24-hour delivery for orders above £20

We do not currently ship internationally as standard on our website, but we are very happy to send purchases abroad.
If you would like to order something to be sent, please take a screenshot of your basket and your full address (including your postcode or zip code) and send it to (EMAIL ID). We can then let you know about the associated shipping charges. Duties and taxes charged by individual countries are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please notify us by email at (EMAIL ID) within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in unused and perfect condition for a refund or exchange.
All returned items must meet our return requirements. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet these conditions.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damaged or faulty items. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note: we are unable to refund return shipping costs if you have simply changed your mind.
Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when this is complete.
